I have intended on joining the blog wagon for some time now. However good intentions are no good with out any action. So here I go, I am putting action together with my good intentions and hopfully the outcome will be enjoyable. If I am the only one who ever reads these musings that is fine.
I recently finished my first year of my second attempt at college. It was rough, however as I look back it was very fulfilling and I am glad I did it. One more year to go and I will have a bachelors degree in social work. I think we can all do one more year.
Recently mu husband Mr. Q and my boys, Logan and Parker went on a survival campout. Everything they took had to fit into a small box. No sleeping bags, no tents one box. They built their own shelters out of tarps- that were provided, did not have to fit into box. The boys ate a lot of granola bars, hotdogs, and the apples I insisted they take. Mr. Q took our backpacking stove and enjoyed a hot pot of soup and some granola. They survived, came home happy and slept well Saturday night.
